Sanjeev Aggarwal
Sanjeev Aggarwal is managing director and co-founder of Helion Venture Partners, Mindworks’ primary investor.

Sanjeev was the founder and CEO of Daksh, one of India’s largest business outsourcing companies. Under his leadership, Daksh rapidly grew to a staff strength of 20,000. Daksh was acquired by IBM in 2004. The company was rated the World’s Best Managed BPO Company (Black Book of Outsourcing) and was ranked best employer in the Indian BPO industry by IDC. Sanjeev was the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002.

Sanjeev Aggarwal has also worked with Motorola India, Digital Equipment Corp. and headed 3COM India. At Digital, he was a Decathlon Winner, a recognition given to the top 1 percent of managers worldwide.

Sanjeev is a director on the board of Mindworks, and the company draws upon his proven expertise in building large-scale, highly respected pioneering enterprises.
Tony Joseph
Tony Joseph, CEO and co-founder of Mindworks, is one of India’s most respected editors. He is highly regarded for his conceptualization of media products, their strategic positioning and efficient management of editorial operations.

Before heading Mindworks, Tony Joseph was the Editor of Businessworld, India’s largest-selling business magazine, for eight years. He repositioned the publication, changed its frequency from fortnightly to weekly, and took it from the third position to the top in a competitive market.

Earlier, he was associate editor with Business Standard, the highly respected financial daily, and features editor with The Economic Times, India’s largest-selling business newspaper. He has been in the media industry for 25 years.

Tony is known for creating and leading large editorial teams. He launched several specialized publications for Business Standard on management, corporate finance, technology and lifestyle.

As CEO of Mindworks, Tony drives strategy and relationships with international media clients. He is responsible for the overall performance of the company.
Nitin Srivastava
Nitin Srivastava, chief operating officer and co-founder of Mindworks, brings expertise in technology, processes and product management to the company. He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Nitin became keenly interested in journalism and worked at the Business Standard, where he wrote extensively on strategy and management issues, and then at Businessworld magazine where he covered the economy.

Nitin was chief knowledge officer at Avendus Advisors, a startup technology investment bank. Here, he acquired skills in evangelizing startups and understanding the dynamics of new businesses.

At Mindworks, Nitin heads editorial and support operations.
Rahul Chandra
Rahul has 13 years of experience with venture capital investment and corporate development, and is a co-founder of Helion Venture Partners.

Rahul has worked with technology companies in India and the US. Between 2000 and 2006 he was in Silicon Valley as part of the investment team at Walden International, a global venture capital firm with more than $2 billion under management. Between 2004 and 2005 he led the M&A initiatives at e4e Inc., a Santa Clara-based BPO company with more than 4,000 employees across the globe.

Rahul began venture capital investing in 1996 in India as the first hire at Walden's India office. In this role, he managed investments for Walden's India dedicated fund. He has invested in more than 30 companies including Mindtree, Ikanos (IKAN), e4e Inc and Techspan (Headstrong). Rahul has also worked with the Capital Markets Group at Lazard India, and in the Primary Market Department at the Securities Exchange Board of India.

Rahul has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and graduated from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani in 1993.

As a director on the board of Mindworks, Rahul has been closely involved in shaping new service lines.
Vikas Kaul
Vikas Kaul is chief marketing officer and co-founder of Mindworks. He works with clients closely to create compelling offshoring business propositions.

Vikas has worked with several publications in India including the Business Standard, Global, and international and trade publications. He has an in-depth knowledge of finance, business, management and technology.

Over the past five years, Vikas has been involved with the creation of editorial products targeting niche readership segments such as the venture capital and the private equity communities, CIOs and CTOs, automobile and technology enthusiasts, and supply chain professionals.

Vikas is also chief financial officer at Mindworks.
